Ashkelon's Israel Railways station. On 4 Oct 2026 GTFS lists direct trains to Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Binyamina along the coast, to Lod, and to Be'er Sheva Merkaz.

Electra Afikim lines 150, 151 and 152 run between Ashkelon and Ashdod central bus stations; line 355 runs from Ashkelon central bus station to Bnei Brak (Migdal Vita / Kanyon Ayalon).

Buses to Be'er Sheva: 361, 363, 364, 464

Dan BaDarom lines 361, 363, 364 and 464 run between Ashkelon central bus station and Be'er Sheva central bus station; line 365 goes to Ofakim.

Buses to Jerusalem: 436, 437

Egged lines 436 and 437 run between Ashkelon central bus station and Jerusalem central bus station; some 437 trips start or end at Afridar centre / Kikar Tzefanya.

Buses to Kiryat Gat, Kiryat Malakhi and nearby villages

Dan BaDarom lines 250 and 252 go to Kiryat Gat and Egged 31 to Kiryat Malakhi (Big Kastina); Dan BaDarom lines 20-24, 36 and 136 serve Hof Ashkelon and Eshkol communities (Netiv HaAsara, Talmim, Heletz, Yad Natan, Talmei Yafe, Eshkol council terminal, Bnei Netzarim).

Buses to Tel Aviv: 300, 301 (central station), 302, 304 (Savidor)

Egged lines 300 and 301 run between Ashkelon central bus station (some trips from Afridar centre / Kikar Tzefanya) and Tel Aviv central bus station, floor 6; line 302 runs from Emek Hefer St / Bik'at Rimon (Agamim) and line 304 from Ashkelon Academic College / Eli Cohen St to Tel Aviv Savidor railway station.
